How do you place an order?

You can order our products online (the preferred method) or by phone or email. We accept payment by credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept PayPal. If you should have any difficulties placing your order online, please call our Customer Service number at 1-800-814-5193 between the hours of 9:00AM - 6:00PM PST, Monday through Friday and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?

Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and completes the transaction without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information. It's completely secure.

How long after placing an order are products shipped?

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, and ship items within 3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted immediately. All shipments are sent via UPS ground to addresses within the Continental United States of America, except in rare circumstances when we may use Federal Express, DHL, or another shipping service. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge 6.5% sales tax on products shipped to those customers in Nevada.

Do you take international orders?

We ship all of our products to addresses within the Continental United States of America. At this time, we do not ship internationally. Feel free to check back on this, as we may have this service available in the future.

What is your return policy?

At CharmingPlushToys.com, we strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction, and we want you to be happy with the products you purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for a full refund—no questions asked! To return a product, we simply ask that you email us for detailed instructions on returning a product at support@charmingplushtoys.com. Please do not return an item before contacting us.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order up until it has been processed; simply call or email us at support@charmingplushtoys.com as soon as you’ve decided to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy above for more details.
