How do you place an order? You can order our products online (the preferred method) or by phone or email. We accept payment by credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. If you should have any difficulties placing your order online, please call our Customer Service number at 1-800-814-5193 between the hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order? Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and completes the transaction without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information. It's completely secure.
How long after placing an order are products shipped? Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, and ship items within 3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted immediately. All shipments are sent via UPS ground to addresses within the Continental United States of America, except in rare circumstances when we may use Federal Express, DHL, or another shipping service. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Sales Tax We are required by law to charge 6% sales tax on products shipped to those customers in Pennsylvania.
Do you take international orders? We ship all of our products to addresses within the Continental United States of America. At this time, we do not ship internationally. Feel free to check back on this, as we may have this service available in the future.
What is your return policy? At CharmingPlushToys.com, we strive for customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with the products you purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund - no questions asked (shipping charges are non-refundable). We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about purchasing a certain product or you may not be satisfied with a product due to your own personal preference or due to a defect in the merchandise. To return a product, please email us at support@charmingplushtoys.com. In the email, please explain the reason for the return, such as product defect, incorrect item, or other. You will receive an email response with further instructions on how to proceed with returning a product. Please do not return an item before contacting us. If you have a change of heart about an order you placed and it has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel the order. If the item has been shipped or you have received the item and wish to return it or would like to exchange it for another product, we will accept returned items, though there will be a 20% restocking fee, PLUS any freight charges CharmingPlushToys.com may have incurred. It is important to contact us before taking any action on returning a product.

Canceling an Order You may cancel an order up until it has been processed; simply call or email us at support@charmingplushtoys.com as soon as you’ve decided to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy above for more details. |
